Terms of Service

General:
All items are sold as is. No warranty or guaranty is offered, expressed or implied on any item. Every effort is made to accurately describe every item in the items description.

Payment:
Payment may be submitted by mail via cash (USA currency preferred and foreign equivalent is accepted) or electronically via PayPal and Stripe. We may also be willing to accept Tracfone Airtime cards, Straight Talk Home Internet cards, and valid gift cards with a balance equivalent to the payment owed as payment. We cannot accept every gift card out there, but the following is a list we may accept:

Shipping:
Most items ship USPS. Items will ship within five business days of received payment.

International Shipping:
International shipping is available for many items for an additional shipping and handling fee. Please contact us about the specific item if you can not select your country from those we currently offer in our shipping matrix. We may be able to offer shipping to your country.

We use a shipping matrix to calculate shipping and have included all US territories and many Countries outside the US. Every effort is made to have accurate shipping cost in our matrix, but on occasion there maybe be a problem resulting in an inaccurate cost. On such occasions orders will be cancelled and refunds issued. we will then correct the matrix and offer the item for sale again were you place your order again seeing a revised shipping cost.

Here at Pearl Ave we make every effort to reuse, repurpose, and upcycle to reduce our consumption and waste as much as possible. This mean when your package arrives it make look different than other places that send packages. This is because we use secondhand boxes and packaging material whenever possible.


Pickup:
Local pickup maybe required on some large or heavy items. Pickup location is ZIP code 15024 near Pittsburgh, PA. I can also offer delivery for a fee. Please contact me to discuss delivery options.

Returns and refunds:
Not happy for any reason? Return the item for a full refund.


Disclaimers:
A UV mark has been placed by us on all products sold. This is necessary for our protection from buyer fraud. We do verify any returned item it was the exact item we sold. We will file suit and prosecute all fraudulent transactions regardless of value.
